I have experienced developing property, from back to brick residential home refurbishment. Through to my latest development, a 35 bed care home that has been converted into a 30 maisonette bungalow site.

I have experience in buying pre-existing HMOs requiring update and renovation, through to back to brick conversion of 3 bedroom houses to 5 bedroom fully licensed HMO.
